wow.. interesting infographic (thanks Christine). Disturbing to see the networking information... while there are exceptions (like certain Panda loving males:)) men still tend to network with other men.. thus maintaining the gatekeeper role in terms of access to capital.. bam. there it is. sad.

I wonder if that trend is changing.

It's easier not to network, that's true, but if I'm going to network, I want to network with everyone!
