Actually, I learned something from this one:

"Season your greens before you dress them." --Bobby Flay, Mesa Grill

No one does this, but we all should. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over your lettuce before adding dressing for a much more flavorful salad.

I've never done that before. Will have to try it!
