I think it would be useful for the USDA to additionally grade meat by the quality of the husbandry...

More transparency in the meat business would be a great thing.

I still wonder what's in my food, especially at restaurants.

Great point! I read a good essay by Bakadesuyo recently that said reading food labels is a good way to lose weight... and I'm sure it is, but I think it's even BETTER to just avoid food that requires a label. :)
