Referencing the following controversial depiction of South African President Jacob Zuma.
Critics of the painting say that the painting is racist and sexualizes African men by focusing on their (supposedly large) genitalia.
Fans of the painting say that Zuma is a rapist and that the painting is a fair critique of him.
Here the artist has said that his work was "an attempt at humorous satire of political power and patriarchy within the context of other artworks in the exhibition and within the broader context of South African discourse".
