Is Time Warner the new Comcast?
With speeds like that you can run your own VoIP/POTS/PBX/public phone service on a pizza box or two for yourself and thousands of your friends.
With ALLEGED speeds like that I can DREAM of running my own BLANK.
See above comment about Google Fiber being like a unicorn. It doesn't exist.
