Italian artist plows 500ft JFK portrait into a field to mark 50 anniversary of assassination

A man near Verona, Italy, took the event's commemoration to an entirely new level with a gigantic 492-foot-wide portrait of the president mowed into a field. According to media, the artist's name is Dario Gambarin and JFK is not his first foray into plowing famous faces. Gambarin has also completed plowed portraits of Pope Francis and President Barack Obama.
Gambarin used a tractor trailer to create the 492-foot-wide portrait of John F. Kennedy with the words "Ich bin ein Berliner" inscribed next to it. Gambarin explained the title as a quote from Kennedy's June 26, 1963 West Berlin Speech. It took six hours.
