Nationally, yes. The problem will be the troubled areas/regions will not recover as fast as the healthier ones. Creating a housing gap?
We can thank the Euro for this. With the dollar looking comparatively safe, capital flight is giving a buttress to the Fed's Inflation/QE rounds. A very technical microbubble in the dollar is going on, preventing what would have otherwise been the final 15-20% drop in housing prices that would have fully re-equalized them with the historical average.
