Actually, that's not a pop tart:

That is not a Kellogg's pop tart. I have seen Pop Tarts being made (at a test facility in Battle Creek, MI) and the pastry is not folded like that. Instead, a large sheet of dough is split in two. One is diverted upward and becomes a top crust and the other becomes the bottom crust of course. The filling is pumped on in much the same way, but the Pop Tarts are 16 across (4 across in the test facility) and sealed and cut after the top crust is put on.

It's most likely Smuckers Uncrustables.
