I've never heard the phrase "great vegan ice cream" before. 

If you use specific ingredients and you're willing to put in the work, you'll get a good result.  

But that's pretty much true with any recipe, right?

It's pretty much true for LIFE.

But vegan ice cream has a bad rap for a reason.  I'm glad someone has finally figured out a hack to defeat the graininess of no-cream ice cream:  Heat the fat.

I see, the main problem with vegan ice cream is not enough fat so bad mouthfeel.
