Hahaha, drinking helps a couple of them!

The main theme seems to be a focus on calm via a variety of techniques:

- meditation or meditation like activities

- unwinding/downtime/alone-time

- preparation

- separation of work and family life

- drinking (related to them all being British?)

Techniques they're missing include exercise, sleep, pets, hobbies, and marijuana.

I guess most of those could fall under the downtime category.
