Fresh-tasting one-skillet meal that you can make in the dead of winter. I used breasts instead of leg quarters, and they came out moist. Suspect you could sub greek yogurt for the cream if you really were worried about it, which I am not.
One warning: I really liked this recipe but apparently it all depends on your feelings about fennel. Lots of people just do not dig fennel or that licorice flavor in general, and they will not enjoy this dish.
