  2. Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  3. Ground Flax Seeds
  4. Tortilla Wrap


Evenly spread peanut butter on the tortilla wrap, drizzle the ground flax seeds over the peanut butter than add a full size (unpeeled) banana over the spread and then firmly roll the tortilla wrap over the banana then cut them into pieces.
