So glad to hear. I wonder if Seattle will become like Detroit (as it was predicted) or will be flourishing is before.
Detroit's problem was not high wages but the collapse of the automobile industry.
Seattle has a much more diversified economic ecosystem, including a recreational marijuana industry that is just getting started!
I guess my point was that there are too many people trying to convince us that reasonable minimum wage pretty much means an economic collapse. So I hope Seattle will flourish to prove that livable minimum wage is important component of the economical prosperity.
