Funny, I don't remember reading that this played a huge role in A.M. Best's recent decision to upgrade and/or affirm State Farm's ratings and outlooks. Kinda feel like "brand buzz" is just our emotional reaction to a company's principled (or unprincipled) actions. But what do I know? I still like shopping at Target.
