Thomas Keller and his ghostwriter Michael Ruhlman... what's not to adore?!?! Well, the book is a little too lovely and expensive to prop open on the kitchen counter... so here at web versions of many recipes.

I'm not sure why they would make it a coffee table book when it belongs in the kitchen.

The website is a lot more practical!

The one recipe I've tried in here is: Buttermilk Fried Chicken, and it is probably some of the best fried chicken I've ever had :)
