Every time I've met him and talked to him, he's the same. Seems consistent.
Nice. Unassuming. Casual. Quiet, yet confident. Have a friend who has worked there since early days and this is the picture I've both heard and seen in my many visits.
If a startup's culture reflects the founder, I have no doubt that Dropbox would be one of the best companies in SF for which to work.
