When Gluten Sensitivity Isn't Celiac Disease

I'm not a huge fan of Jane Brody, but this article has some decent links to research and help for people who do not have celiac disease but suspect they have a sensitivity to gluten and related foods.

Only 8 percent of the people in the study were actually sensitive to gluten. Wow.

Today I learned that gluten-free is a $15 billion a year market:
