The reason it doesn't spread faster is because it cannot spread through air, right?
With 100 mutations, they have no idea. The fear is that it might, but they can't prove that it does or does not. The center of the "protocol" debate is TBD.
So really it's not the Ebola right now that everyone is worried about.
It's the less controllable Ebola of the future that has us all on edge.
