I tried these at 25 Lusk in San Francisco and they were amazing! I have to figure out how to make them.

Another easy way to cook them is to thread them on double skewers, brush with olive oil, and grill until semi-charred... then sprinkle with salt.

I make pimentos de padron all the time-- their is almost no difference I can tell between the two.

They aren't work. cast iron skillet, olive oil, blacken, toss with sea salt, eat (as Joyce says, except skip skewers)
