It is VERY mesmerizing and I would stare at it for a very long time*, thus negating the water-saving design. Â
*I stare at my neighbors' lawn irrigation, so there is a precedent. Â
Did you know lawns are illegal in Las Vegas?
Perhaps you would get used to the swirl after a while and then not need to stare at it.
Or you could just stare at pictures. It's like art.
