Apparently you can stir a teaspoon in your spring water every day:
The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin. Tumeric has been used for over 2500 years in India, where it was most likely first used as a dye. How come when we were kids, everything was caused by "germs"... then everything from acne to tooth decay to ulcers was caused by "bacteria"... but now it's all about "inflammation"?
