Child smuggled in Spain, in a luggage - Le Monde / El Pais
Oce Eeco stashed this in World Culture
La Guardia Civil found a child in a luggage during a security check.
He's called Abou, he's from Côte d'Ivoire. His father, in Spain, asked for
family reunification but it didn't work, so they tried like that, with the help of
a woman. The father probably paid the young 19 yo Moroccan woman to
carry the luggage. They both got arrested.

What's the main reason they can't just leave the Ivory Coast?
Is it more a monetary problem or a political problem?
Lol, I don't think it's about leaving that country, it's about being allowed to enter and stay in Spain.
I wonder what the world would look like if anyone could come and go as they wanted.
It would look like European Union.
That's one of the awesome aspects of our union.
No passeport, no visa needed, just your ID. : )
That's like traveling within the United States.
I hope the rest of the world can become more like that.
