Exercise alone has almost no effect on weight loss. It makes your fat self healthier, hungrier, and basically does not affect basal metabolism at all. What works? Giving up sugar and processed food.

Which makes sense.

No matter how hard you work you can't overcome the effects sugar and processed food have on your body.
