So far, Intel Capital has found more than 100 startups that would qualify for the diversity fund, Ms. Lambert said, and it has invested in four: how-to company Brit Media Inc., doing business as Brit + Co., aimed at women and girls; health-care company CareCloud Corp.; Mark One Lifestyle Inc., which makes a smart cup that recognizes beverages; and the cybersecurity company Venafi Inc.
