After decades of vegan "eggs" made of chia, tofu, and god knows what other slimy yet fundamentally unwhippable substance... finally it has been discovered that the liquid from canned chickpeas mysteriously can be beaten into a meringue-like substance. Behold!

Hmmm. Would it taste good without massive amounts of sugar?
