Oh hey, turns out that sitting doesn't actually KILL YOU kill you any faster than a standing desk does. Turns out maybe exercise matters after all. Woo-hoo!

Standing is no substitute for exercise. But standing AND exercise is good.

And it's good to know that sitting isn't SO bad for us.
