Did we mention that he's also Asian-American, has a degree in CS from Cal, and taught programming to kids in Oakland for 17 years? He even wrote the story for a graphic novel that teaches the basic concepts of programming. Bravo Library of Congress for a bold new direction in conceptualizing what literature is the modern era!

By appointing him are they signaling that reading in the future embraces technology?
