The Future of Housing Is Temporary, Biodegradable, and on the Move
Joyce Park stashed this in Modern problems
Housing in the future may be designed to last only 10 years before being completely recycled. It may be made by robots with nothing but string and rocks. It may be made in pods that can be reconfigured as new housing needs arise. In my own city, we built a winter homeless shelter for 100+ people in like 45 days so I know this is not just the class assignments of architecture students.
I love the thought of robots roaming the land building temporary homes for people.
