2015 US Dietary Guidelines:  Lifting the Ban on Total Dietary Fat

After all those years of telling us to eat low-fat, the US government nutrition-wallahs have reversed course.

That's good! Low fat = high carb, which is not good.

High fat = low carb, which is much better. 

The Journal of the AMA article is pretty impenetrable so here's NPR's take:
