I concur. You can't stop it, don't even bother legalizing it. Just ignore it. Let people compete on the field as they are, 100% human, with whatever genetic or chemical enhancements they can come up with.

It's just a sport; that's how you level the playing field. There are numerous other advantages that one can grasp from just a cursory reading of Gladwell's "Outliers," and that I've experienced in my own life.

Kids who are older have an advantage in sports grouped by year in school, which in turn, gives them the advantage all the way on to professional sports.

Just an example.
