Combines two favorite New Orleans dishes with a little extra spice.

Really surprised by how yummy this came out.  I was a little skeptical whether the chicken and file powder would be good with the red beans and sausage... and the amount of vegetables seemed small to me... and while baking in the oven the beans didn't seem to be getting noticeably bigger or softer.  But trust the recipe, it's well-written and failure-resistant.
