He then dunks his head in a bowl of ice water, works out at the gym, wipes a banana peel over his face, dunks his head in a bowl of ice-cold Saratoga Spring Water, again, and then works remotely while wearing a full suit.
According to viewers, the video looks hilarious because of the ice water facials and how serious Hall looks during the whole process.
The Morning Routine Turned Into A Meme Coin
Viewers wasted no time in making Hall’s viral video into a humorous meme. Crypto enthusiasts jumped on the trend and created meme coins based on the viral video on Friday, March 21. Among them, the most popular was the $ROUTINE token launched on Solana, which became an instant success.
Though the meme coin market has been underperforming lately, people seem to be genuinely excited about the coin. By Sunday, March 23, the market cap of $ROUTINE skyrocketed to $19 million. However, it lost its value by 57% within 24 hours to decline to a market cap of $8 million, before rebounding to $15 million.
The $ROUTINE token is being rivaled by the $SARATOGA, named after the bottled water Hall drinks and uses to wash his face in the video. By Monday morning, March 24, the market valuation of SARATOGA surged to $3M.

Despite the volatile nature of the meme coin market, the flurry of action on ROUTINE and SARAOGA has breathed new life into it, especially the Solana market. According to the DEX screener, traders who are making profits on ROUTINE are expected to rotate their funds into other coins. They also added that it is worth noting that more than 100 traders have profited more than $10,000 on the fitness-inspired coin.
Reports from CoinGecko suggest that major tokens, including Fartcoin (FARTCOIN), Bonk (BONK), and SPX6900 (SPX) have recovered 80%, 23%, and 68%, respectively. Additionally, the entire meme coin category has climbed 6.6% by this weekend.
