Living or sleeping? Good thing is relatively warm in Northern California -- at least in the peninsula. Else once one gets to one or two in the morning, it's time to turn on the engine to stay warm. Even in a good blanket, once it's cold it's hard to stay warm while sleeping...
Living AND sleeping.
And yes, that's one of the benefits of California...
