Every time I need to change a flat on my bike, I find myself looking for this video -- while I'm pissed off and in a hurry because my bike has a flat, which is not a good mindset for learning how to improve bike repair skills. If I had planned ahead and stashed a copy of the video, I wouldn't be all panicky every time I get a flat.

It's especially important to figure out these things if there is ANYTHING a little bit nonstandard about your bike -- like, in this case, the internal hub. You do not want to be trying to figure out the make and model of your bike parts when you're late for work, it's an awful feeling.
