John Lilly does Google Hangout with Bradley Horowitz, who is responsible for Google+, so he's unlikely to look at a competitive product.
Hunter Walk still works for YouTube so there's a potential conflict there; Keith Rabois is super busy so you're unlikely to get a meeting with him.
The others sound good but of those I only know Josh Elman so how about we start with him?
Thank you Adam for prompt response.
We are not competing directly with Google Hangouts. Our long-term vision is different being a 100% real-time product, rather than being a feature in a social network. Also, John did Mozilla before which had competing situation with Google Chrome. Interestingly enough, i never 'switched' to Chrome. I also use Quora daily(Greylock investment). We could be a good match :)
Keith Rabois is following many questions that i added/answered(to the top) on Quora. He has even upvoted my answer here :)
Definitely, connecting with Josh Elman would be an awesome start. My email address is raj{@}airsee{.}com
