I'm very proud of my aunt Vicki Napier (my father's sister) for donating her kidney to a man named Bob Merchanthouse from Indiana.

She'd meant to donate it to my other aunt, but they were not a match.

So instead she donated it to Bob!

I really respect her for doing this. I could never bring myself to donate an organ to a complete stranger.

Wow that's amazing! I've always wanted to donate bone marrow, but a kidney is really above and beyond.
