Gan Lulu is "One of China’s most contraversial figures". They spelled controversial wrong but that's ok because they don't really explain why she is "contraversial" anyway. Frankly I don't really care but she loves being half naked in public.
Is she controversial because she likes to get half-naked? Or a different reason?
I have no clue.
Perhaps it is her love for Hello Kitty?
