What do you do when 20-40 homeless people camp outside your business? Bill Graham Civic Auditorium blasts high-decibel sounds of chainsaws, motorcycles, jackhammers, and an aircraft carrier alarm between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. in an attempt to convince the homeless campers to relocate away from their business.

Sheesh, I hope there are no residential buildings nearby... I wonder how much it costs them in electricity to run such high DB 8 hours a day.

Whatever it costs, it's too much!
