Every day more people get converted to Facebook Timeline.

The number of 9gag images mocking Timeline is increasing, too.

FINALLY Facebook is fixing this:

If you highlight every post, it makes Facebook Timeline look like a non Timeline wall.

I dislike timeline. I await the next thing that will allow me to transfer all items away from FB.

Which items do you want to transfer out of Facebook?

i think they have most of it captured in the "download your facebook profile" option. pictures, posts, links. Not sure if list of friends are on there, but a crawl of their info would be good.

Ah, Facebook APIs don't let you have access to your friends' info.

They just let you export your own stuff.

This really sucks if, for example, you want friends' phone numbers.

No way to programmatically retrieve that.

iOS6 seemed to just solve this issue.

Just get an iPhone, connect your Facebook and Google contacts, and let the syncing magic begin...
