I like his advice that we need to unlearn linear planning and perfectionism so that we have room in our startups for the imperfection that leads to discovery.

How will I know that I've unlearned properly? There's no test that measures unknowledge!
This is great -- it's clearly a learning process. I think one of the keys to good entrepreneurship is knowing when you have a hot hand and continue to push it forward. Like if you have a joke that resonates, exploring it to make sure you have the best joke.
There's a real tradeoff that happens all the time when you have a hot hand.
No one wants to destroy the thing that got the product and company to that magical place.
And yet, it's so hard to know what can be changed, removed, or evolved without hurting the magic.
It's a very delicate balance. It's like walking on a tightrope.

Most people are terrified of LEARNING.
Most entrepreneurs don't succeed.
And by studying and following what most entrepreneurs do we are creating a nice hand me down recipe for failure, by axiomatic proof.
From what I understand (which might to be 100% true) the unicorns and super unicorns didn't pivot from their original ideas... they just got lucky in their idea at the right time and right place to make them real.
