25 million people watched the Football Draft?!?!?!
I keep thinking about the fact that 180 million people watched the Superbowl.
Facebook is five times that audience.
That's not really a fair comparison.
The Superbowl is 180M people watching the same thing at the same time. Very impressive.
Facebook is a network where the people are not all active at the same time, certainly not doing the same thing. It's distributed, asynchronous, a two-way medium and can attract many people for many different reasons which keep changing.
Someday, people will be able to watch the Superbowl synchronously inside Facebook.
Till then, fair enough.
