I've seen two variations on this quote:

if you want to build a ship quote Antoine de Saint-Exupery

yearn for the vast and endless sea quote Antoine de Saint-Exupery

ship in harbor is safe but that is not what ships are built for QUOTE John A Shedd

Joyce Park I think we're gonna need a bigger boat.

brilliant!

You are responsible for your ties: those you grasp, those you strengthen, those you weaken, and those you let go.

Great quote. I like that it focuses on the longer term, and prioritizes motivation and passion instead of tasks. It also aligns perfectly with a lot of the research on motivation.

Is longing for immensity a type of motivation?
