While I'm happy the NSA will be monitoring me free of charge, I really wish they could get someone from the Defense Language Institute to decode and translate the bill. I'd pay for that service. 

Ha! Not even they can figure it out.

Oh my God, I feel better. Between separate bills, the one bill, getting routed around--I can't pay them some months. I'm pretty intelligent and can't get on the website at times, can't get the right person on the phone, get one account credited twice. It's bad:) 

I guess they do that on purpose. 

They have no incentive. I'm calling to give them money.

Heh. Their incentive is to keep you paying!
