Um, yeah. Geez, there's no conspiracy: People really CAN rig elections with software.

Okay, so how do we stop this behavior? Is it even considered illegal to use software this way?
Can we go after the people who did it? Put them in jail?
He had some good points in there. We need to prevent conflict-of-interest. You can't be working for the government and be working for a private company... Not sure why that isn't clear...
Well, if THIS didn't make it clear, the Ed Snowden "working" for Booz case certainly makes it clear.
