This article gives a lot of insight into the mindset of Andre Iguodala on being signed to the Warriors. Money quote:"The way they've got those guys playing with such confidence, that comes from the coach. The way those young guys were playing against us, that's confidence. I saw Klay Thompson running full speed down the court, caught the ball, took two steps and shot the 3. His feet wasn't even set. That comes from coaching. I want to play with that kind of confidence."

It is tremendously exciting for a longtime fan to see great players WANTING to come to Golden State!! That hasn't happened for a long time, and back in the day maybe not for the best reasons.

Three things come to mind:

1. Golden State successfully recruited an All-Star. That's new.

2. With Iguodala, the Warriors become a better TEAM: better defense, better passing, better rebounding.

3. If the key Warriors (Curry, Bogut, Thompson, Barnes, Iguodala, Lee) can stay healthy, they can be contenders with the 1-2 punch of great 3-point shooting and great defense.

How is David Lee going to get court time? Too many talented players now!

I love Iguodala's line, "I want to play with that kind of confidence."
