BLUSH did something SNSD, THE WONDER GIRLS, and T-ARA didn't do:

"A pop band from Asia has raced past Kelly Clarkson, Rihanna and David Guetta to the top of the U.S. music charts. And no, it's not Girls' Generation," stated a Wall Street Journal article on February 17, 2012.

Blush, the band referenced above flew right by the aforementioned artists in addition to the ever so popular Sweedish House Mafia and forever favorite Gloria Estefan. How did this go by unnoticed (fine not unnoticed but certainly not as highly publicized as some other Asian groups)? Did Blush come out the gate and magically happen to hit the number one spot? Nope. Their single "Dance On" did a backwards creep up to the top. 3-2-1 all in consecutive weeks.

Who are they? Blush is a female group made of five ladies from Philippines, Japan, Korea, China and India. They were formed in 2010 on the reality show Project Lotus.
