"Works" for me, but not sure about the pickled beets though!

Pickled beets? Why would they do that???

They have to do something with them I guess, hiding them in a yummy burger might be a good way to get rid of them.  Looking at it though, I almost think putting jellied cranberry on it instead of beets might actually taste pretty good. 

The best burger I like, however, is a Breakfast Burger.  Fried egg over easy, top sirloin beef patty medium rare, hash browns, ketchup, bacon, heck even throw a couple of pork sausages on top!

Is there any animal not in that sandwich?

I'm reminded of Richie Havens.  He thought of the song Mother-Daughter reunion while having a Chinese chicken and egg dish.
