Corn sticks are so cute but mine often end up on the dry side -- maybe because I'm not a huge fan of sugar. These promise to be more moist!
I eat carbs one day a week, therefore I am only 1/7th evil!
This recipe came out perfect... it filled the corn stick pan exactly, and the results were in fact crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
