Great video, and an awesome exercise. Really worth doing it!

13 minutes?! That's a lot of time commitment. What are the three questions?

What do you want to experience?

How do you want to grow?

How do you want to contribute to the world?

The idea is to time yourself for 90 seconds and list as many things as you can, without thinking about it too much - just letting it flow. It's a cool exercise.

He also spends some time at the beginning of the video describing the the difference of 'mean goals' and 'end goals' - although one could say its cliched, he's done it quite nicely

The first and third questions seem good.

The middle question seems too unstructured. What is a good answer there? Listing people?

It's how you want to grow intellectually, spiritually or emotionally - eg: I want to learn a new language, I want to be a better human being etc.

I see. It's better to have a goal than to drift.

Actually, one good goal is fine. You don't need many goals but you need at least one good one.
