I actually posted to Adam about this, but haven't heard back yet.

I wondered if we have any data or studies about how nice guys finish in terms of overall distribution of success by direct observation and proxies, i.e. if we judge wealth as the weighting factor and/or if we look at protagonists winning in modern movies and literature, to see if the ratio of nice guys winning is increasing or decreasing in current times.

I don't think he has studied that yet but it's likely on his to-do list.
